| How to deposit funds from Click2Pay to your 5Dimes account |
Login to the 5Dimes system and go to the cashier page. Use the 5Dimes cashier page and select Click2Pay as your method of deposit, then enter the amount of your deposit. You will then be asked to provide your Click2Pay information.
The minimum amount that you may deposit using Click2Pay is $50.
Third party vendor access will be blocked for new clients depositing via Click2Pay. |
| How to withdraw funds from your 5Dimes account to Click2Pay |
Login to the 5Dimes system and go to the cashier page. Use the 5Dimes cashier page and select Click2Pay as the method of withdrawal and then enter your Click2Pay information. Request a withdrawal of the desired amount from 5Dimes.
Deposited funds using Click2Pay must be redeemed back to your own Click2Pay account before funds may be redeemed using any other method. |

Deposits via Click2Pay are always free of charge and are processed 24 hours a day.
Withdrawals via Click2Pay incur in a $15 transaction fee and can be processed 7 days a week between 9:00 AM ET and 1:00 PM ET.
Remember, Click2Pay redemption requests processed on Mondays between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM ET may qualify to be sent free of charge if no payouts have been processed in your account during the past 30 days. You are allowed ONE free withdrawal every 30 days only. If you have received a withdrawal from 5Dimes in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for a free withdrawal. If you wish to wait 30 days and until a Monday to have your redemption processed for free, you must contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Help. You may also call 1-800-430-5896. Any payout request that does not qualify to be sent for free will be processed having the corresponding fees applied without exceptions. |
