Debit Card Funds Application (DCFA) withdrawals requests must be submitted Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET. Payments are processed 24-48 hours after the request is entered to cards issued by banking entities and attached to a bank account ONLY (the use of prepaid cards, reloadable cards, credit cards, gift cards or any other type of card that is not exactly a debit card is not allowed). This payment option is available to customers from USA and Canada ONLY that have received at least one payment from 5Dimes through other methods. Funds Application payouts are sent in US Dollars and Canadian Dollars, you must check currency exchange rates with your debit card issuer. Some banking entities are unable to receive DCFA transactions, contact Customer Support via Live Help or call 1-800-430-5896 for further information.
The minimum withdrawal amount sent to a Debit Card is $100. The maximum amount is $2500. Debit Card Funds Application take 3-5 business days to be credited to your card after they are processed by our merchant. Payouts are processed to MasterCard or Visa Debit cards of the 5Dimes account holders ONLY. You can have one DCFA payout processed every 48 hours (another payment cannot be sent until prior debit card funds applications are confirmed received).
Debit Card Funds Applications can be done in both US Dollars and Canadian Dollars. Clients with bank accounts in Canadian Dollars will receive withdraws with no currency conversion fees. XE.com will be used for all currency conversation rates.
In order to process a Debit Card Funds Application payout you need to reply to a confirmation email sent by our Customer Service Staff. Make sure you respond to the email with accurate information as returned transactions due to delivery impossibilities caused by incorrect or incomplete card information will incur a $40 fee and may ban your account from this payout method.
Note: DCFA payments sent to cards that do not fulfill the exact requirements above stated could end up in non-posted funds, unavailable funds, frozen accounts or any other type of complication with your card/account due to internal policies of your bank. The same outcome may occur when attempting to use prepaid cards, re-loadable cards, credit cards, gift cards or any other type of card that is not EXACTLY a debit card associated to a bank account under your name. Recovery of an unsuccessful Debit Card Funds Application can take up to 90 days.
