eGift Card Payouts

You can now be paid within hours through merchandise electronic Gift Cards (eGC Payouts).  Contact Customer Support for more information on the availability of eGift Cards suppliers.
How to withdraw funds from your 5Dimes account through eGift Card Payouts

eGC payout requests may be submitted daily from 9:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET.  Only one payment per customer is allowed every 7 days.

In order to process a payout through this method you need to reply to a confirmation email sent by our Customer Service Staff agreeing to the terms and conditions displayed therein. 

eGC Payouts are available for use after 4pm ET of the day your payment was approved and deducted from your account.  eGC Payouts are issued only to the e-mail address registered on file.

After your payout has been processed from your account, you will receive an email detailing the instructions needed to redeem your electronic Gift Card.  Once the email with the Claim Code is in your inbox, you can start shopping online immediately!  Details to redeem the electronic gift card will be sent to the e-mail on file.

Once an eGCard Payout is processed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled or returned.  All Redemption Rules apply.

Fees associated with eGift Card Payouts

The following fee structure applies:

Random amounts in virtually any denomination within those ranges can be sent in the form of an electronic Gift Card with the corresponding fee of the upper range applied.

Remember, eGCard redemption requests processed on Mondays between 9:00AM and 1:00PM ET may qualify to be sent free of charge if no payouts have been processed in your account during the past 30 days.  If you have received a withdrawal from 5Dimes in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for a free withdrawal.  You are allowed ONE free withdrawal every 30 days only.  If you wish to wait 30 days and until a Monday to have your redemption processed for free, you must contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Help.  You may also call 1-800-430-5896.  Any payout request that does not qualify to be sent for free will be processed having the corresponding fees applied without exceptions.
