|How to deposit funds to your 5Dimes account using the Person to Person (P2P)
Person to Person (P2P) deposits are processed Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM ET to 10:00 PM ET and Sundays 9:00 AM ET to 8:00 PM ET from your local retail location. We might have available locations 24/7, contact our Customer Service Staff via Live Help for details.
We accept cash transactions only. Although we have received transactions made online or with a credit/debit card, we hold no responsibility if the agency doesn't accept or confirm the transaction. Any fees for failed non-cash transactions will not be applied.
No transactions will be credited until we receive confirmation from our agency. Upon receiving the reference number, deposits generally take 20-40 minutes to be confirmed and posted to the account. However, on weekends and game days it may take up to 4-6 hours as the international processing agencies purposely delay approvals, leaving local agencies unable to confirm transactions. We strongly advise customers to deposit with anticipation of the particular event of interest.
Customers are limited to one transaction every 8 days in their name per provider. If you have had a transaction in the past 8 days using this method, inform a Customer Service Representative so you are insured the proper instructions.
Make sure the sender name matches exactly the data used at the money transfer agency. Our system does not accept sender or receiver's name changes of ANY kind. Errors on any of these 2 fields will force you to cancel the transaction at your expense.
All clients are responsible for having proper identification for all transactions using P2P transfer services. Failure to have proper identification could result in not being able to recover blacklisted transactions. 5Dimes cannot be held liable for frozen funds due to black listing, for the black listing itself occurring, or for transactions placed on hold or under investigation by the international financial service provider.

|Fees associated with the P2P Deposits||
P2P Red Option
There is a minimum deposit of $100, and a maximum deposit of $690 (Subject to availability).
Fees are covered on deposit amounts of $250 or more. The fee charged may vary from $9.95 to $11.95. Only the amount confirmed by the agency will be reimbursed into your account. Use of credit/debit cards, instead of cash to do the transaction, may result in the transfer being returned to the sender. Additional fees incurred using credit/debit cards which exceed cash transaction fees will not be covered.
Customers must use the P2P red colored form for this type of transaction.
P2P Orange Option NEW!
The minimum deposit is $100, the maximum deposit is $750. $750 is also the monthly limit per sender that may be reached in a maximum of four transactions.
First time users of this method must provide all personal details to the processing agency. Once the user is registered, future transactions will be easily issued. When your transaction is completed, you may proceed with Step 2 through our online Cashier, or contact our Customer Service department to report the 11 digit reference number.
Fees are covered on deposit amounts of $250 or more. The fee charged may vary from $5 to $30. Only the amount confirmed by the agency will be reimbursed into your sports account. Using your bank account to complete the transaction online is not allowed. Use of credit/debit cards, instead of cash to do the transaction, may result in additional fees charged by your credit/debit card issuer. Additional fees incurred by using credit/debit cards which exceed cash transaction fees will not be covered.

P2P Green Option
US residents are actively being blocked from using P2P Green Option services for international transfers by the international processing legal entity. Any person in the US sending or receiving funds to/from multiple countries can and will be blocked. The blocking of transactions is solely based on the name of the user in the US. Receiver names used outside the US or sender names used to send funds to a person in the US have no bearing on the blocking of a US resident from this method. The Green Option is now available again, however, the recommendation at this time is to NOT send or receive funds from multiple foreign countries. Pick only ONE country to send and receive funds. If you have sent or received funds using the P2P Green Option with multiple foreign countries in the past, DO NOT use this method. If you have sent or received funds with another offshore operation using the P2P Green Option with multiple foreign countries, stop using the P2P Green Option.
The minimum amount that you may deposit using the P2P Green Option method is $100, maximum allowed is $500. Deposit information for all amounts should be requested directly with our Customer Service Staff as you will not find it available through our online cashier. Be prepared to provide details of all Green form transactions you have done in your name for the past 4 weeks. The Customer Service Staff will do their best with the information provided to keep you from being blocked from this P2P international transaction processor. Keep in mind, any transaction made with any foreign country in the past could have been your last successful transaction using P2P Green Option.

Only the amount confirmed by the agency will be reimbursed into your account. Use of credit/debit cards, instead of cash to do the transaction, may result in the transfer being returned to the sender. Additional fees incurred using credit/debit cards which exceed cash transaction fees will not be covered.

All these new precautions may still lead to blocking your use of their service. The best recommendation, for clients from the US, is to discontinue completely the use of the Green Option and focus on other safer methods that you can find listed in our Funding Methods section. Residents from all other countries have not had any issues with sending or receiving transactions through this method so far.
|How to withdraw funds from your 5Dimes account using the P2P
We process P2P withdrawals Mondays through Sundays from 9:00 AM ET to 1:00 PM ET. Payouts are processed only under the account holder's name within 24-48 hours after the request is submitted.
P2P Red Option:
The maximum amount that can be paid via P2P Red Option currently is $350. Fees range from $10 to $25 according to the amount requested. When the transaction qualifies to be your free payout, 5Dimes will cover the fee charged. Please check with our Customer Service Staff for availability on payouts via this method.
You are allowed to receive one payment per day through the P2P Red Option without exceeding three payouts in 7 days. Due to the dramatic amount of issues with other P2P Red Option transfer solutions, it is recommended to only do one transaction with P2P Red Option per 7 days. While more transactions are permitted, a higher transaction volume per week is not recommended at this time.
It takes up to 24-48 hours after the withdrawal is processed to receive your reference number needed to pick up the transfer.
Remember, P2P redemption requests submitted on Mondays between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM ET may qualify to be sent for free or with a discounted fee if no payouts have been processed in your account during the past 30 days. If you have received a withdrawal from 5Dimes in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for a free/discounted withdrawal. You are allowed ONE free/discounted withdrawal every 30 days only. If you wish to wait 30 days and until a Monday to have your redemption processed for free or with a discounted fee, you must contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Help You may also call 1-800-430-5896 FREE. Any payout request that does not qualify to be sent for free or with a discounted fee, will be processed having the corresponding fees applied without exceptions.
