In order to process payouts from your 5Dimes account when depositing using a card directly in our sites, you must verify your account with our Certifications Staff BEFORE submitting redemption requests.
How to get a VERIFIED account?
The following documentation is required to achieve the "Verified" status in your account:
- Scanned colored picture ID (government issued) valid for at least 6 more months.
- Scanned colored utility bill (no more than 90 days old) with a matching address to the one registered on file.
- Scanned copy of the front side of the card used to deposit (if this was your funding method).
- Authorization form signed and properly filled. Click here to get your authorization form.
The verification process must be completed through a valid email on file. Upon discretion of the Certifications Department, other information might be requested.
Verified accounts may be required to update the documents on file every 6 months if deemed necessary. You must provide the corresponding documentation of ALL cards used to deposit in our websites, prior submitting payout requests. Management reserves the right to process card refunds for customers who deposit with credit/debit cards as part of a payout request or for the complete amount of payout requests.
Payout requests submitted within the corresponding processing time frame for each method, will be sent out within 24-48 hours after entered in the system.
Redemption requests submitted on Mondays between 9:00 AM EST and 1:00 PM EST may qualify to be sent with for free or with a discounted fee only if the method and account are eligible for it. You are allowed one free/discounted withdrawal every 30 days if no payments have been processed during that period. If you have received a withdrawal from 5Dimes in the past 30 days you are NOT eligible for a free/discounted withdrawal. Payment methods with a fee of $40 or less will get processed completely free of charge if eligible. Payment methods with higher fees will get a $40 discount applied if eligible. If you wish to wait 30 days and until a Monday to have your redemption processed, you must contact Customer Service at the time of your request via Live Help. You may also call 1-800-430-5896. Any payout request that does not qualify to be sent for free will be processed having the corresponding fees applied without exceptions.
The advantage of free/discounted payouts will be permanently revoked for customers who have been found abusing of our Reward Programs. This advantage will also be permanently revoked for accounts that have violated or transgressed rules or policies related to any feature or benefit offered in our site (sportsbook, casinos, lottery, poker, funding methods, etc).
All accounts are defaulted to process free/discounted payouts on Mondays from 9:00am to 1:00pm ET ONLY. If you would like your free/discounted payout processing day to be any other day of the week, you would have to contact Customer Service to have this setting change applied in your account.
Customers from North America are required to complete at least a ONE time rollover of the deposited amount in order to have a payout processed without incurring a penalty fee. If this requirement is not fulfilled, the account will not qualify for a free redemption and an administrative fee will be charge without exceptions. Net winnings may be redeemed with no penalty fee.
Customers from outside of North America are required to rollover their deposit amount TWICE before qualifying for a redemption to be processed without incurring in an administrative fee. If the requirements are not fulfilled, the account will not qualify for a free redemption and an administrative fee will be charge without exceptions. Net winnings may be redeemed with no penalty fee.
Rollover amounts for each wager are based on the lesser amount of risk or win in each selection. The rollover required must be completed within these terms prior processing payouts from your account.
All our customers must cash out using the same mechanisms employed in depositing. Insisting upon cashing out using other methods may cost additional administration fees. If your account has registered transfers with third parties, prior payouts the action will be revised by the corresponding third party in order to ensure legitimacy of the winnings/losses (it can take up to 24 hours). Third party vendors include: Poker Rooms, Blackjack Tournaments, Skill Games, and Sports Pools.
