Duke, Nova, Kansas & UK Open As Favorites To Win 2019 NCAA Tournament

Duke fell in the Elite Eight this year. However with a strong recruiting class, Coach K’s Blue Devils are the favorites to win the 2019 NCAA Tournament at +600. Joining Duke atop the sports betting board are current champs Villanova at +800. Kansas +900 and Kentucky +1000 follow.
